Oozing intense aromas of ripe gooseberry and zesty fresh lime intertwined with tropical fruit notes this mouth filling wine combines with underlying fresh herb notes and has a superb concentration and purity of character & flavour.
Food Pairing: Ease back from the day with a glass of this crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Why not also try with griddled shellfish, salmon or tuna steaks with lots of lemon & pepper, hearty fish stews, Mediterranean style Tapas, a tasty chicken salad, asparagus infused risotto or linguine with king prawns.
