Tasting Notes: With flecks of green typical of a young Chardonnay, this wine as flinty minerality and earthy notes as well as lemony aromas on the nose. On the palate there is an excellent backbone of acidity, perfectly balanced by the well rounded fruit flavours and medium alcohol.
Food Pairing: In its early years this wine will be an excellent accompaniment to all manner of starters and salads as well as seafood and white meat - however, this wine should continue to develop and improve over the next few years.
